Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ANNORA AU.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please provide your order details and photos of the item so we can assist you.

For health and hygiene reasons, skincare, beauty products, supplements, and other personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, unless the item is faulty.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for eligible unopened and unused items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
